Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Shipping Cost: AED 10 for orders under AED 100.
- Free Shipping: Orders of AED 100 or above qualify for free delivery.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Responsibility:
- If the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and the courier marks the package as “delivered,” Peppy Pebbles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- In case of delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly.
- Tip: If you won’t be available during delivery hours, we recommend requesting the courier to hold your package at their local pickup center for collection.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
International Shipping
- We do ship internationally.
- Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to customs or the courier service.
- Peppy Pebbles is not responsible for paying customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

- We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
