Refund and Returns Policy
At Peppy Pebbles, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and shipping process, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation & Refunds
- We cannot cancel or refund orders after they have been shipped to customers.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, cancellation is possible but subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If redelivery is requested, a flat AED 40 redelivery fee will apply.
- The restocking fee covers payment processing charges, packaging costs, and the product being unavailable for sale to other customers.
- All sales are final. We do not offer full refunds under any circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
- Customers may request changes (adding or removing items) only before the order is shipped.
Shipping & Responsibility
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (clearly mentioned at checkout).
- Peppy Pebbles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier. Customers should contact the courier directly for delivery issues.
- We are also not liable for damages caused during transit by courier services.
Product Images & Descriptions
- We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, packaging, or sizes will appear exactly the same due to variations in device screens or supplier updates.
- Prices, descriptions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Weather & Damage Disclaimer
- Peppy Pebbles is not responsible for temperature-related damages (e.g., melting of chocolates or snacks) during shipping, especially when temperatures exceed 28°C (82°F).
- By purchasing perishable items, customers acknowledge and accept these risks.
